It's tough finding a job at such a young age. There are a couple things to consider. Here are some that I would think about:

1. Your Parent/Guardian: Is it known that you are actively job hunting? You'll need a parent or guardian to agree to let you work.

2. What jobs hire 14 year olds? Most of the ones I know of are places like Amusement Parks & Movie Theaters. At that age, companies will likely let you take tickets, but they will be unlikely to let you handle transactions (money)

3. How are you going to get there? This is a tricky one, but you'll make sure that it is easy to commute to/from work, and that all parts of the commute are safe.
