Has anyone heard about "Returnships" for experienced workers starting new careers?
a returnship, and it’s essentially an internship that helps adults who have been away from their careers and are interested in re-entering the workforce. It usually lasts a few weeks to a few months, typically offers payment that’s commensurate with an individual’s level of experience, and provides extra training and mentorship, helping folks reacquaint themselves with the culture and pace of today’s work environment and improve skills that may have become rusty.

That is where I am at. I No longer can work the super physical jobs but can do customer service and or a desk job.

I never heard of this company or program. Please check into this returnship know this sounds good why you are looking for work but remember somethings that sounds good is not always good for you . Just be wise and smart check it out. I pray everything work out for you. Gail
