Hi Rodrigo, Are you just looking for Phlebotomist roles? Do you have the training? If so, suggest you update your profile so employers - and fellow jobcasers - can best see what you currently offer in skillset/training and can then better suggest some constructive next steps.
As for that struggle - Boy I get your frustration, but we all go through it. Reality is you just have to keep at it - about how many jobs have you applied to so far? I generally suggest a path of 2-3 each day with a follow up 1 and 7 days out (first day to confirm receipt of application and 7 days to inquire as to whether you are being considered and, if so, when you can meet with the hiring manager). Sometimes it might take 6-10 weeks (thats over 200 job applications in) just to get that right gig. But if you can stick with it - and not let the rejection get you down, then eventually you'll find the right spot. But I totally get that it is easier said, than done. The rejection stinks -but its just something EVERYONE has to deal with in the process.
I'll look forward to seeing that updated profile and in the meantime, good luck, hang in there, & know that you have a LOT of jobcasers rooting for you! Fred
