I need help
Basically I lack receptionists experiance but I've applied to over 35 jobs in this position or something close. The only work experiance I had was working at Wendys. I'm about to graduate high school in a week and I'm trying to jump start my career. What am I doing wrong?

That may be unfair you know how voice recognition can screw things up sometimes give this person the benefit of the doubt and try to be positive at the very worst it couldn't hurt

Spelling helps.

Hey.. Keanoa you are doing the same thing I did at a early age jump started my career, Normally a employer be looking for a person with experience in the field of work, but there is a lot of employers that will train. One way is in your cover letter you might want to express your willing to be trained and being a fast learner you feel you will master the job if given a opportunity or the consideration.

Hi Keaona, I'm glad you figured out early that cosmetology school wasn't for you, my daughter finished and a year into her job didn't like doing hair anymore :) I think you should definitely try a temp agency. That way you can try a few different job industries, and decide what you like.

You are coming out of high school, you should find what you like doing and do it and make money at it.If you like night life find a job as a bartener or work at a club. I wish I had heard this sooner in life . Do something you like or love doing an you will never work another day in your life

Something will come up. Keep looking. Defiantly cust serv. Start get some experiance and a good ref then go higher.

Don't worry your just getting out of high school continue on your job search get some good references letters from your high school teachers look into customer service jobs

It's a hard field to get into but search up some minor schooling in logistics and team support and it's not a long set of classes but you will get your credentials to becoming a receptionist or secretary

Girl you got a whole life time ahead of your road...maybe try going to college or try something different and congrats in a week....Good luck.
Look at getting a college degree. More opportunities will open up for you.
