
Life Changes
With everything taking place in our cities and states can be overwhelming. What are some positive things you as a person doing to stay positive? Keeping a sound mind is key to a healthy lifestyle. Change is not easy to accept when all the things we see on the news. Focus on the things we are in control of and preparing for a better tomorrow. Life is full of ups and downs, what you do to better your life is what counts. #advice #motivation

Taking 5-10 minutes each morning to go through a list of items that I'm grateful for and feel blessed that I'm able to do or have. I used to mock this practice as something that soft people do but I've found that by starting out each day looking out at the things I have in my life that I'm grateful for I'm able to keep my smile longer during the day and have been able to find potential solutions easier to problems that might come up during the day.
Qi Gong has really helped me with mind body alignment and increased focus.
