Family keeps pulling...
I have two young kids, and I'm going crazy being on the road away from them all the time. Don't get me wrong, truck driving is my passion. But I'm ready to spend time at home again. Does CRST offer truck driving jobs with weekends and holidays off so I can spend time with my family?

Yes wayne i get it im a live in caregiver and im away from home 72 hours a week.

I'm sorry to here that Wayne but if you have Google hang outs, Skype or other free video apps it may help get you through those low points away from the family

Go through ups freight they have a bunch a weekly runs and you get every weekend off and huge benefits depending on experience

If you go through certain companies they offer jobs that are local and they can have you come home almost every night, or only on weekends, Some even offer hourly pay. My ex worked for swift and he drove locally, which allowed him to be home most days and they paid him by the hour.

Hey Wayne, I understand your concern but wouldn't that hurt your pocket since drivers get paid by the mile. I heard the better paying jobs require drivers to be away for weeks at a time. It would be a nice surprise if this company has a comparable alternative. Good Luck
My ex husband worked for Estes Express Lines as a local p&d driver, he was paid good and home every night. Try to apply at work4estes.com, they are headquartered out of Virginia, but have terminals all over the southeast. They were hiring drivers and had a bad need for them the last time I checked a few weeks ago. Good luck!
