Hi Fatma Algobbi - I would call them and ask them what that means. To me, that sounds like they are going to proceed with an initial screening of you, to make sure that you meet the requirements for the job duties.

It doesn't hurt to redo applications and search for other jobs while waiting on this one. Who knows - you could get something better, or even get another offer at the same time to negotiate better pay.
