Desperate since I’m a really good worker and fast learner.
Been without a job for about 3-4 months and I’ve never had a complaint before by any of my employers. I’ve unfortunately never got my diploma but that never stops me of succeeding and making my best happen. I have so many references but unfortunately I never get a chance

Can they employ someone who live outside the country?
Try a place like Amazon or FedEx or UPS. they're all about helping people get an education
They will hire you as long as you attempt to get your GED

What diploma are you missing? Why not try to get it. Apply for city, state or federal educational assistance -- especially since you have been unemployed. Voulunteer at a school or in your community . You never know -- you may meet someone looking to hire or who knows someone. But work on completing your education in the meantime. Look online also for private funds for education-- perhaps geared to your area of interest. Also any ethnic organizations.

No high school diploma? That is expected for any position. Get that GED! Then you'll have a better shot at a job. You're young, do it now.
