Here’s a tip for you guys. Fellow peers of mine (store managers), will look you up on instagram, and Facebook before they call you in for an interview. Sometimes they wouldn’t call applicants due to what they posted. So before you start applying, look at your social media outlets as one of your potential Managers. Good luck.
And if you are worried you can always delete your social media accounts.

Carful what you’re post is
keep your hope and optimism up.
It seems to me they should focus on true facts of a person by getting to know that person through interviews rather than spending all that time to look for an excuse. People lie on social media;physical interactions are better to spot a lie.
