i have been trying to fine someone to help me with my Resume and cover letter but no help i got to pay or they never respond back knowing i don't have a job to pay nobody can someone please help me so i can move forward in my job search

I don't know where you are located, but the Jewish Vocational Services at 75 Federal St in Boston has free services for all job seekers that can help with resume writing, job search skills, etc. There might be comparable free services in your area...
