Is it better to score high on evaluation test and assessments or do well on the interview?

I think it's better to pass the evaluations and rock out on the interview. Some people don't test well so evals are measured on a pass/fail unless your going for a technical job.

Hi Ian, I agree with Lisa's comment below. Test results are important but I think nailing an interview and making a lasting impression on your interviewer holds more weight.
