How to get employers to notice me? And the 22 years of experience i have in the manufacturing warehouse industry

I have 22 year experience working in the warehouse industry i have did everything from working the production line to building on assembly line ,labeling, shipping and receiving ,packing pulling orders,. And I would just stay in with the years of experience that I have that I could find a good paying job. Instead these jobs wants to hire these young people that dont care or dont come to work . What do I need to do could get a decent paying job instead of a 13 hour paying job? I'm a hard working and take pride in my work I'm very dependable and good at what I do . I need some answers

Build your resume by adding on the current position and a skills section to it if there isn't one already. By doing this will help give you more detail. Something else you can do is place a 2-3 sentence summary section at the very top of your resume expressing a brief about you, your skills and the direction you desire to go in the future. Note, I keep resumes at 2 pages. That should help when it comes to writing them out as what isn't added onto the resume can be shared in your cover letter to get attention.
Hope the above helps. Best of luck to you for landing that dream job!
