The perseverance finally paid off. I just passed my physical for my new full time position with benefits in healthcare. Orientation is next week. 6 weeks training. I designed everything around transferring my skills in customer service into an entry level position. My husband will be retiring soon. I will be turning 60. I have been going on the job hunt for about 2 years. Some offers but nothing with benefits. It's entry level however a lot of room for advancement. I feel like I won the lottery. Don't give up!
