I am fortunate to have 2 jib offers, first job I have been there for 31 years ,got a somewhat lateral job offer in a different department, job #2 got hired making a little less starting pay but with more of a future upside ( job # 1 I'm pretty much maxed out for raises but will get lump sums Help!
