ROLE:

The Job - Hands-On Director of Software Engineering for Well-Funded Enterprise AI Startup You will have a hands-on, Servant-Leader approach to full stack engineering, as well as growing an accomplished team of engineers. You love being a hands-on engineer, a ScrumMaster, a mentor, and you will lead by example. You will help to manage the day to day operations using Agile methodology. As an integral part of your role, you will contribute to design and develop new features, fix bugs, and assist junior level engineers. You will also be required to understand infrastructure and DevOps aspects of all the subsystems involved, to track down challenges and handle deployments. You love getting your hands dirty on both the front and back end, ideally in both React and Node.js.
