Need Help Getting a Job in The HR Field
I have a ton of management, training, customer service, basic administrative and front desk experience working in the contract security field. I graduated with my criminal justice associates degree to help me get a promotion to the office in the HR dept. However, I wasn’t given the opportunity so I went back to school to finish my education. I recently graduated with my HR bachelor’s degree and I have tried for almost a year applying for positions but nothing. Unfortunately, they want you to have experience but how can I get some if no one wants a train or teach anymore. Even the HR assistant jobs want you to have previous experience doing that job. I understand I need to start at the bottom but I need that opportunity to learn. There’s only so many internships out there and I can do the majority of the jobs in HR. Unfortunately, because I never held an actual HR position I am turned away. So if there’s anyone on here in the Tampa area who can help me I would greatly appreciate that thanks.
