What traits should I look for in a mentor?
I have a few people in mind but I’m still unsure. Is there any specific behavior or characteristic inherent for good mentors?

It’s a good idea to find someone who’s ahead of you in terms of a career or experience but make sure their approachable, willing to listen, and offer sound HONEST advice.

Watch how well these individuals set and meet personal and professional goals. Constructive criticism and guidance preferred! You don’t need some who’s going to critic and bash your every move.
