Well got fired today.
Well I ended up getting fired by my first nursing job. I just recently graduated out of college in July and found this job in October. There is this doctor who was kind of hateful towards me when I started. That provider kept calling each week over stuff about me, ( don't fully know what I done wrong ) Well over the weekend I was told I screwed up blood labs and I ask how did I manage that? Then the clinic manager said the provider has been calling each week to tell her I been making mistakes and this weekend was my final straw. I told her that I dunno how I mess up when she was right there by the computer with me watching and telling me what to put in. But apparently I wasn't telling the truth and was told I shouldn't lie when I had no clue what was going on. I even told her that nobody said anything to me and why all of a sudden am I fired without getting warnings ? She just wouldn't listen to me. I'm very upset and angry cause it took me so long to find a nursing job and now I gotta find another one when it's extremely hard. Also I had people tell me it was wrong for them to send me away before Christmas. I just don't know what to do. I thought I did everything right but apparently not.

You could try taking legal actions and telling them you've been falsely accused.

You was looking for a job when u found that one right?just look again u will find one.I know how u feel about getting let go and it sucks I know, but keep your head up.

It looks to me that the doctor has issues and he is one of those type of people that likes to start drama. Keep your faith sweetie. You don't need to work for a place like that. Don't worry sweetie you will find that perfect nursing job where people respect you and appreciate your hard work.

Don't give up ! Someone else will see your how great of person you are and that job will be yours . Keep you mind on the next job and smile .

Have you spoken with anyone in the human-resources department? If not please do. Don't think it was fare and might remain on your employment history. I would also speak with someone in the better business bureau. Good luck

They are just making excuses for themselves their in denial you haven't done anything wrong don't let them think that you did

Sue them or will check into it. What they did was wrong and I tell you wrong somebody saying that there was a mistake they should have notified you, oh well some people are assholes excuse my language

People are strange sometimes and they don’t do well with feelings just hang in there everything will be okay I promise

My condolences Emma......I believe that you just left a toxic, unprofessional environment! A good professional workplace values EVERY employee and will forgive mistakes and share their experience with you to understand the mistake and how to avoid it....as you are all one team striving toward the same deliverable, regardless of seniority or position! ......You've been blessed! You've just removed yourself from a shithole, who's work ethic is a recipe for failure! There are businesses that will appreciate your uniqueness, talents and take pleasure in helping you to grow and thrive in your new position! : )
Well if you feel cough in a pitch ask for what you did that may have went better .
