My experience has been, yes. They pay towards the high end of the local pay scale. They also tend to hire top talent, and there are companies that pay better, so turnover is high.

For the most part yes. Sometimes the “political”atmosphere can be a bit heavy, but just mind your own affairs and all is usually copacetic.
