I am interested in applying for a ticket agent position at the Fort Wayne airport. I have applied and told to do the online interview but when you click on the link it says there is an error and my representative has been contacted and they will contact me. Nothing has happened. Any help? Kim

Hi Gloria, Please pardon the delayed reply. I only just came across your message. But just in case you're still sorting through it, and for Kim, who I see is going through it now, here's my .02 cents. * Did you try accessing from a different browser? * Often when a page error occurs there is a related error code. Was your page error accompanied with a code? If yes, have you tried to Google it? Cliche I know. But there's a lot of good information out there, and it's all about working smarter, not harder, right? * Is the page your trying to access on the same URL, starting with the protocol identifier, (the www or https, etc it begins with), and the company web address doesn't change. Often third party applications worm their way in and redirect you. I hope this helps. Good luck, God bless and have a wonderful day.

Hi Kim, I usually switch to Chrome. If that doesn't work, try emailing them to let them know there's a problem with the site. You may be able to Google a phone number as well. Just don't give up!

Hi Kim Wilhelm - that sounds like a technical error on the website. Here's what I would do:

If you are using safari, download chrome and use that as the browser for the online interview. It's possible that the issue is with your browser, and not being able to handle the site that the online interview is hosted. Are there any error messages about having to download java or adobe flash?

Have you entered your contact information on the application online for them to contact you? How long has it been? It's very possible that they just haven't gotten around to contacting you about it, but are going too.
