Whats a better job to have one were you have co workers you work with all time or were you work by yourself
I like working with a team as long as its a team. Its not always easy to work with other people.(And usually you dont get to choose who you work with.) A great team can produce even greater things.

Interesting question. I think to have good teams you need great leaders. It very difficulty for a team to self-adapt an atmosphere of collaboration towards a similar goal without proper guidance. So, I would definitely choose to work in a team environment as longs as it involves the right leadership.

Sometimes... I love working as a team... But the team should be limited. Its great to work alone. Alot of times credit goes far.. But even so there is still that 1 that tries to step on your toes, and take the credit. Its best to work alone.. This way mistakes can be perfected, and rewards can be appreciated.
