Everyday was the most stressful day at L3. With an Owner and 2 office managers that micro manage, you could never do anything right. They go through your emails (and even your facebook page) to see what you are doing and you will get called into a meeting to be rep-remanded for ANY and EVERY thing. I was afraid I was going to loose my job everyday. And if they did not like you, they ignored you. It was like being in grade school.
