Ran outta donut fries
We started selling the new donut fries at Dunkin and everyone came in to get them during the first few days. They’re basicaly like little churros that come in a cardboard fries thing. Anyway we ended up running out bcuz we sold them all day straight and they come packaged and you have to warm them up and then unfold the purple boxes and put em in. A customer came in an ordered them right after we were out and started cussing us out! Luckily there was a nice lady there who called him out for being unreasonable. Sometimes you get good people in your store!!!
I hear you. I work on McDonald's. The juice. Machine. Broke down. The drama. So now the have to but bottled juice. Till machine is fixed. Or replaced. Such. Drama
Oh no Nora Hodges ! It's scary when the customers demand things that you just don't have. I think we see this a lot during the holiday season as well when the pressure is on to buy specific gifts. In this case it was a newer item. I am sorry they were yelling at you, but it seems you had some back up in the crowd. It's definitely nice to have support from your customers!
I am glad that woman stood up for you and called her out. It can be difficult to do so when you're at work, so it's always nice when someone shows they understand how hard you are working!
