Job Description:

Maintain and improve the quality management system Create and manage quality documentation Prepare documentation for new projects in cooperation with the parent company in the Czech Republic Represent the company in external audits (customer, certification) Solve customer complaints (analysis of causes, proposal of remedial measures and evaluation of effectiveness of adopted measures, etc.) Resolve internal disagreements found in production (analysis of causes, proposal of corrective measures and evaluation of effectiveness of adopted measures) Resolve supplier complaints (evaluation of effectiveness of measures taken) Improving processes and continuously seek new ways of operating Implement internal quality training Plan and implement internal audits (product, process, and system)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or technical degree Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in quality Knowledge of the quality management system requirements (ISO 9001, ISO / TS 16949 or IATF 16949) Knowledge of specific customer requirements in the automotive industry Solid working knowledge of PC (Windows, Office) Proficiency in the English language Reliability, diligence, independence, flexibility, communicativeness, and ability to work well under stress
