Meditation and relaxation can cause the stress level to go down. Plus, thinking of positive affirmations will help you with the interview. Make sure you have extra questions that you like to have with the interviewer when speaking to him or her. Make sure you have your paperwork ready as well.

Hi Roberto, Congrats on the interview! Interviewing can be a little stressful as you prepare. But to alleviate some of that stress, I always do the following when getting ready for an interview: -Always prep for the interview (know the role of the person/people that you're interviewing with, research the business, etc.) -Have a few fresh copies of your resume printed to bring with you -Prepare questions to ask in the interview -Always arrive on time, make sure you've checked the route ahead of time for traffic -Have your story/background ready to tell the interviewer -Close the interviewer and determine next steps before you leave -Set an expectation of when you will hear from them by, and when it is appropriate for you to reach out if you haven't heard back -Always send a thank you note -And don't forget to SMILE!

You've got this! Good luck!
