Hi Matthew, I think future employers say this a lot. Go into the store and talk one on one with whoever does the hiring. Go or at least call weekly. If you're not set on Dick's how about Nike? Or Academy? Target? Columbia? I think those are in your area and I know Academy and Target are hiring. I hope this helps and good luck. Lisa Renwick
