Wrongful Termination
Hi. I worked for a Glass company in Motaine Ohio. I was on approved FMLA. The day I was to return to work. I was terminated. Now I had never had any verbal written or any type of disclinary action. It took me by surprise that this happened. When I called to find out why they would not return my calls. It put me in a deep depression. I haven’t been able to find a job since October. I’m on unemployment but that barely covers bills. I have been in several interviews an I’m either over qualified or theybdontvtetun my calls. I actively search everyday. I have worked in the transportation /Logistics field for 18 years. I need to know if I have a case an if there is a lawyer out there that can help pro bono. Please help. In desperate need of work. The laws concerning the use of FMLA. So, if you got fired after you came back from FMLA, then it's time to lawyer and hit in the pocketbook where it hurts.
