I want to thank all that sent me leads to a few positions. Jeff L. I applied to the Project Manager's job at ERT. I had an interview and I guess I wasn't a good fit. The interesting thing has I thought the interview went well. Maybe my essay wasn't good. I even sent an email to the woman in HR to maybe find out where I fell short in hopes of some insight. I didn't get a response back. I realize they don't have to do that but since I did reach out I thought she would show an act of goodwill. Nonetheless, I will prevail. I won't let it get me down because He has my back.
