I just had that happen to me.this lady that was the lead of the job was on me from the time I got there till.I had enough abuse from her called my supervisor told him what was happening He said that it wasn't the first time they have had issues with her.I told him I'm so upset I have to.leave.he okayed it .I told her and she told me to just gooo get the F out.I was appalled.and left. Well she didn't want me at her stores no more blah blah blah.I didnt want to work with her either. But I was the bigger person and went in band she was there. I was shocked she was very pleasant to me.got through the day no.issues. but I heard. She did it to another employee and she walked off the job. My experience is there is always going to be someone at every job that u just can't get along with. But if u really like ur job you have to find a Balance and deal the best u can is my advice. Yes you do Ann. And I wish you well, that your next employer will be decent and respectful. If your previous employer has a company web page, tell a small piece of your story, and state your disapproval of the owners behavior. No one should have to be treated poorly and unfairly, just because someone feels they have the power to do so. Your comments will help to disarm them. Respectfully, Philip M Brockman
