Carpenter Heavy Equipment Operator at Staffzone

It just depends on what you're loading. Generally with dirt gravel anything like that you're in the cab of the loader and that's pretty much all you do if there's a lot of it but there are some materials that you have to load that you have to actually get off and help put in the bucket or on the forks but usually are in the cab of the loader most of the day. My loader experience at LKQ I had to move cars and I had to set them on a tripod stand system out on the yard which is pretty difficult have to take him down off the rack after they've been drained that's difficult you just need to have your head on a swivel keeping an eye on everything around you. Attention to detail is must must have!

As a Loader Operator, your duties will include operating heavy machinery to load materials, such as dirt, gravel, or debris, onto trucks or conveyors. You will need to follow safety protocols, maintain equipment, and communicate with other members of the worksite team. Search for Loader Operator positions on Jobcase, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job search platforms to find opportunities in your area.
