Definitely. I recently lost my job this Friday, over what i feel was descrimination. I feel awkward feeling out that portion in applications because i feel like they can’t hear my story or see my work ethic. Why give me a chance? But I’ve read several articles that say it’s best to be honest. Also a lot of applications give you a chance to explain. I simply put conflict of interests, and or that i expressed feeling of descrimination and a hostile work environment, and was let go the next day. Just enough to give them an idea, and if needed you can elaborate in person.
