I've worked for chains, franchises, net companies. There has to be an incentive. Cheap dental, 401 invest, buffet bonanza's.. something. A practical mention in an interview or app, might help. Ex-I want to work here because it's relatively close to a challenged family member ( which in my case is true, some people use it as a sympathy response) and allows easy drive to them should anything occur. If you're saying , I am so sold on your company I just want to be here for free(equivalent) they're not going (very likely) to trust you. To many, just liking the type work, is not enough. Many start going..so what's the scam your going to pull..? See?. I know there's good people, but managers have run the Gambit( often enough), and want something practical in your request for employment WITH them.good luck.
