I spent several hours fine tuning my letter, resume and organizing 5 new letters of recommendation. Made sure all my personal life experiences as a person with a disability and 5 years of professional experience fit exactly what they were asking for. This job was to work with students with disabilities which is what I have been doing. I met every single skill they asked for! So how come I get an email stating that my experience and knowledge is "noteworthy " but I wasn't even called or offered an interview?
