My advice to someone entering my field is...
I would say to expose yourself to all areas of healthcare and always ask for help on difficult assignments. Try to talk with your residents on a daily basis and ask their families for any advice on caring for their loved ones

This sounds like great advice, @john deppert ! I see that you are a CNA - thank you for being a healthcare hero!
I know there are a lot of folks here on Jobcase that are interested in a healthcare career. What would you say is the best thing for someone to do who is interested in a successful career as a CNA? I assume obtaining a degree/certification is very important, anything else?
