20 Things you should know
I worked for Dunkin for awhile in the drive-through before moving up to management. I love my job and the people I work with. It's a great company, but I wanted to share something funny and TRUTHFUL that I found. These are the 20 things that drive the employees CRAZY that they want you to know. I hear all about them daily, haha. My favorite....Flavored cream isn’t a thing. We don’t have ten different flavored creams that we pour into your coffee. It’s a flavor shot, and we put it in before adding the coffee. Also, we don’t have ten different pots of different flavors. Isn't it the employee to know what a customer wants even though they don't know the jargen? They don't care how it's made they just want a great coffee. I started drinking coffee All I wanted was it not to taste like coffee. And some all they want is a great cup of black joe.
Saves time. And great thing because your not waisting coffee.

When I worked for Trader Joe's there were SOOOOO many behind the scenes things I wanted to share with frustrated customers. I can certainly relate! People would become so MAD at me when we were out of a product or if it was discontinued. Sometimes a family farm would just close down and sadly you couldn't control that and we could no longer buy that product. Customer service is a tough thing.
