The biggest mistake I made as a #OvernightStocker at #WinCoFoods ...
Having a pallet fall over that was filled with products because the people that built the pallet made it crooked and there was no way around it, it happens all the time with others but it was easier to prevent play running to the side and just holding a pallet and waiting for help so it wouldn't damage any product, they would wrap the products that were on the palate but when they were crooked it would cause an unbalanced so at times they would just wobble back and forth and you would have to go as slow as possible with the electric jack. It happened with everybody at one point even a forklift drivers.

Because some of the warehouse employees rushed building the stacks of pallets and some came out crooked and there was no way around it falling, bro.. stacks of pallets being crooked, causes the weight distribution to fall at times it's happening to many employees when it's no one's fault it's just Warehouse employees rushing to get the products on the palate but the plastic wrap kept everything nice and tight but you can't prevent something from falling if it's crooked, bro.... It's happened to employees that have been there for years. Accidents happen and when you rush things and they come out crooked there's a tendency for it to fall unless you move it as low as possible with the power Jack and have somebody on the side holding it with pressure pushing against the stack so there's no incidents that's why at times they would put pallets directly next to one another so that issue wouldn't occur, bro.
