You get crazy discounts when you work for the Hilton if you have the $$$ to travel you get cheap hotels. My family can use the discount too which makes them happy. They also train you and even though I didn't have the experience I felt ready when I started to work at the front desk. The people are nice and I really like my job here. Once and awhile you get a customer who is rude, but I just smile and try to turn their day around.
