When I came up with the idea of putting double roll toilet paper holders in the bathroom so they didn't constantly waste loose rolls of toilet paper, because they were too small to leave in the bathroom. A double roll holder would hold a new roll and a partial used roll of toilet paper.. it really saved the hospital money.
