Hard to believe right Fred Goff . I went over to the companies career page to double check but didn't find any entry-level retail job postings.
Hey, if The Body Shop is bold enough to take on this Open Hiring process then more power to them. Low risk Starter/entry level jobs shouldn't require applicants to jump through so many hoops to get hired. Hopefully this concept catches on!

That would be a cool concept and a great opportunity for someone. The risk is, of course of them being deceitful and quickly terminating the person for a more qualified applicant. "At will employers," can really abuse that policy, which hurts the person who is just trying to earn gainful employment. On a side note, working for the Body Shop could be fabulous, for the free smells alone. Have a great weekend and thank you for the job tip;).
