Hired 8-15-16 Terminated 9-12-16
Worked at a Company Named Feniex Industries. They Hired Me based on my Manufacturing Experience. However They Have 6 leads who don't want to train or have any patience. So 3weeks in I catch a bad cold running fever my headaching felt HORRIBLE. WENT to work even while I was SICK still was able to perform my job duties. So Miguel is one of the 6 lead's he tells me at the end of my shift I should have stayed home. I replied can't call in on a 90 day probationary period so I have to come in sick n all. So Friday I get a message that says meet me in my office when you get off.. Well it was Friday and I didn't see the message until I got home. So I went in on Monday after completing my hard work. Only to find out I was being Fired. So at First I was pissed then I started to see and understand what was really Happening. So I was able to learn a valuable lesson. Listen to your gut Ladies and Gentleman if I would have done that I wouldn't have wasted my TIME AND ENERGY.
Similar experience. For some reason the mgr. didn't like me. I couldn't tell why or what unspoken rule I had broken. Never disciplined me, not a word. Then called agency and told me not to come back from lunch. I was training, what a joke. Fortunately I later found something else. Thank God. I feel sorry for those who are still there; the staff was all new, oldest there a year. Mgr. was new ans gossiping about the person I was replacing. Smh... Politics!
My mom once told me that if someone doesn't treat me right then I'm probably the only friend they ever had. Instead of noticing your loyalty and dedication he paid attention to a problem that didn't exist. That makes him a poor judge of character. His loss and your gain. Remain faithful and let me know when that blessin manifest.
So why did you get fired? You never said. Something had to happen?

I'm sorry too hear that I'm not surprised alot off company's do this it's wrong I sympathize with you trust in God another door will open for you keep your head up keep it moving after all bills has too be paid shame on them

Im so SORRY this happened to you. What happened was wrong. First I would of made a clear point that the other gentlman of the company told you to stay home. Obviously this company does not care about their employees. I really feel bad this happened to you. I wish you BETTER LUCK on your next job. This company does not DESERVE a DEDICATED EMPLOYEE LIKE YOU. REMEMBER THAT AND KNOW THERE IS BETTER JOB OUT THERE FOR YOU!
Wow and I just recently applied for a job with this company. Suppose I will keep looking even if they contact me.

Sounds like to me, you were totally consistent with what a decent employer would have expected. People are not machines, which means if you are ill you should be allowed a reasonable period of time to recover. That employer does not deserve you. Find other employment and start over. Don't let one bad employer's insensitive actions spoil your attitude toward working and giving your best effort. Keep on keeping on .....
