Have you ever heard "Your ENGLISH isn't good enough for this job" ?
Have you ever had trouble getting a job, or already had a job but couldn't get a promotion, because someone told you that your english-language skills weren't good enough?
Millions of people in the U.S. are working on their language-skills, trying to ensure that they can get every economic opportunity possible. Lots of folks have experienced challenges relating to needing better english. If you have too, you're not alone!

I am a boomer, and I have been waiting on this issue for several years. When I found out the schools were not teaching handwriting anymore, and the outcome based education people stopped enforcing English, as every language had to be treated fairly. So the focus seemed to change away from grammar skills. Flip forward to professional life, and many young people are struggling. The reality is there is no easy way to fix the issue. You can invest in programs that will correct your typed text, but it cannot correct your non-computer language skills. The best way I have found is to try to spend as much time as you can around other professionals, and try to pick-up language skills from them. Good Luck...
Lets do it the easy way here. There are some professions that want clear and proper grammar and enuseation (not sure if I spelled that right).... anyway law, medical, and theology people just come to me right now as folks who read and write lots. They present motions, subjects....etc ... and want almost perfect diction, and speech. Or as the British say to us...." we've never learned to speak the queen's proper English anyway but I understand you.
