How many years of experience do I need to qualifiy for a Customer service rep job?
Any experience is experience!! And valuable. Don't sell yourself short. And don't listen to half these people. If you have a year of customer service experience you can apply for a job. Remember every job you have counts as experience. And in most positions there is some sort of customer service involved. You got this,good luck!

I have 7 years of experience. There are some places that don't require experience because they train. I would say most that require experience is about one year.
I have 3 years of Spanish Bilingual Costumer Service Representative but I think that 1 year is enough :)

Normally employers want 1-2 years, however, some employers will train you Just depends.
As long as you pass the usual 2 week training/test, you don’t need experience.
Just jump in. The only way is to do it.
