Besides a paycheck, what kept you coming back to work at Walmart every day?

Well I like working with my coworkers and helping them if they ask for help. Like if something is too high for them to reach they ask me to help get it down for them. I like working for my current supervisor. He makes it easy to work for him unlike past supervisors. But the primary reason is just like now I applied many jobs and I have had a couple of interviews and I thought I did well. Then I get a email saying that I'm not being considered for the position but they don't say why. I don't know what it is. I rarely call off, I try to do well with whatever they ask me to do. I like working and helping my coworkers. I may have something on my record but it's well over 20yrs ago. I feel I'm a good worker I'm trying to find a higher paying job and I recently had a interview I thought I did well but the same thing happens. So I told myself I done I'm just going to stay at Walmart.

It was my coworkers! I loved the people I worked with everyday! They made my job fun and worth doing!

I liked the hours that I worked I worked third shift I like the people that I worked with it
I can see you value more than just a paycheck at your job. Consider what aspects of your work environment, colleagues, or personal growth opportunities really motivate you. If you're seeking a new job that aligns with those priorities, Jobcase, Indeed, and LinkedIn are great resources to explore.
