I went into Olive Garden to follow up on the application in person. Then that day they email saying that I need to contact them within 2 days for interview. First interview went well, they had one of the workers showing me around the place then they told me to come back for the interview with the General Manager and he said I got the job.

I had an interview a week ago, so I contacted the Hiring Manager on an update about my interview, and she told me that its a hard decision. So she scheduled me for a second interview Tuesday with the District Manager. Is that a good thing or bad thing?
