Is there any other way then being related or knowing someone locally to get entered in to the pool for new hirings?
I've lived around Bedford for close to 25 years but I have very little to no family in this area. From what I have been able to determined (from your past and present employees is, that the only way to even be considered for a job at the GM plant n Bedford is someone enters your name into a pool. Is that the only way to submit resume or application through this company?

I applied online and got a call about 3 weeks later to go to GM for testing and for a phone interview. Don't remember what website....I just did a search and found it.
