What I learned while workin for Wendy's
At Wendy's it always helps your shift go by FAST if the people that you are working with are your friends not just your coworkers. You laugh and talk and sometimes you have to yell at them for taking too long because your drive-thru time is over 200 seconds, haha. You keep each other motivated. If you have a good manager that's just the icing on the cake.

Exactly. Then the shifts that drag on are the ones where your crew is lazy, unreliable and think they are better than everyone else. A few occasions I was running front sandwich, grill, fry station and coordinator simultaneously.

Am in search of a job but since I have been applying d have not yet call me nor massage me in my box or is it because am in Cameroon or wat is really wrong never d less am still waiting

It really important when u have good people ahead of u around u having funs n d should be simple DAT point is very important

I was a manager at Wendy's loved the job but the not getting the help when needed from upper management is what drove me out the door. I would close one night get home at 2AM just to turn around to open the store again at 7AM

I agree having a good manager is important.

Friends are always good to have at work, makes it feel less like work and more like a good time.

It's always good to know someone who will have your back at work no matter what.
WOW, unbelievable...
