I stayed positive and motivated at my job by...
Having really great people to work with. We were more of a family than just co-workers. Not saying every job is or should be that way but if you are looking to be comfortable in a job it makes it so much easier when you get along with the people you work with on a daily/nightly basis. Having bad days was nice to be able to escape home life and come to work and not only do my job but have friends that I could confirm in at any given moment. When things didn't seem to be working well on the job it was comforting knowing that I could go to my managers and co workers and express my concerns and instead of having backlash they listened and talked and we were able to come up with ideas to solve the problems and work threw them as a team. When there were days I needed off or my work schedule didn't fit my home schedule they worked with me and helped me come to a better one and be able to fit in all I needed. Also having managers that knew that they would have never got to the positions they were in had they not started off right where I was and they lead by demonstration that it was and truly is possible to move up the work line if you were determine and showed that you were willing to put the work and effort in. I was honestly broken hearted having to leave. I miss they every day! #GreenbrierArbys
