Worried
I have a interview tomorrow for a babysitting position and I have been a stay at home mom since 18 so I’m nervous bad of what to say and how to act. Please HELP,!!

You got this your going to do great

I owned a few Nanny Agencies and in my opinion, the people who were relaxed, loved children and had experience ( mommy experience counts) were readily employed. Just be yourself and be confident ‘. Good luck! Keep us posted! Franni

Just be yourself, say a prayer what God has for you is for you! You will get the job, God bless you!

Be the care taking you been all of life.

Have you ever taken care of your friends or relatives children? Have you ever volunteered at your children's school? have you ever had sleepovers for your children? Is it possible for other Moms that know you to give you references? You could use some of these experiences for your interview.

be yourself don't lie about what you can do. Be assertive!

Hi Rachael Spears - I'm sorry, I'm just seeing this! I hope that you have time to read this before the interview.. but take a deep breath, you ave got this!
If you've been a stay at home mom for awhile, then you already have every skill and quality imaginable to be a babysitter. Listen to the families requests, and show them that they can trust you to watch their child. They aren't just looking for a babysitter, they're looking for peace of mind.
You may find some parts of this conversation useful - especially the tips on dress and conversation starters.
Best of luck, Rachael! The Jobcase community is here for you. Let us know how it goes!
Just be yourself and tell them what you've been doing while you're home. Perhaps, taking care of your kids and so forth. Good luck and relax act like a likeable person because, you'll be treated like one of their family member.
