First, Congrats on the interview!
Second - Bring confidence in your ability to help that Panda Express make customers happier and make your managers life a bit easier.
There are universal traits that ALL hiring mangers like people to be:
Friendly - don't be afraid to smile Serious - I don't mean you can't have fun or sense of humor - I mean you treat the position and company with seriousness. what Esther said - respect them enough to understand the company and job before you show up and bring a couple questions for them (1 good one is: "what is it about working for Panda Express that YOU like the most" - asking the interviewer this shows interest in them and thoughtfulness about the match) Reliable - don't be late for your interview - how you act in a job application process is the best indication of what kind of employee you'll be Valuable - ALWAYS talk about how you can add value to the company! This is not them selling themselves to you - you are selling You to Them Honest - 'nuff said Accurate - goes with honesty - don't fudge anything - be straight up and accurate on all info Eager - nothing wrong at all with letting them know how much you want the job. More often than not THIS can make ALL the difference!!!!!
besides that - dress well (rule of thumb for me is always "would this be ok in church?') Shake hands and look them in the eye when you get there. have a resume or work experience ready to discuss. Be ready to talk about something in your past worklife (or volunteer) that you are proud of. Remember to turn all conversations to how you can add value for them. Be confident, be yourself and YOU GOT THIS. Just relax and go with it.
And please know you've got a lot of jobcasers rooting for you. Fred ps: if you take a moment to fill out your profile here, then anywhere you have your phone you are a couple taps away from having your full resume with references on you. So suggest you do this asap (plus it helps me and other jobcasers better know how to help)
