Looking For A Job
I have been looking to work for Wal-mart for the longest and I do be passing the assestment but still no call about a job interview. What I'm doing wrong?

You might not be doing anything wrong! Places like Walmart interview candidates and hire them on an "as-needed" basis. That means they may call you in a couple of weeks, or they may call you in a month. It's a frustrating process, but I wouldn't immediately assume you've done anything wrong.
Places like Walmart are inundated with applicants, so sometimes it comes down to the employer just picking different applicants. Try not to take it personally or think you're doing things "wrong" - after all, you landed the interview, which is a step that MANY people don't get to.

Every job that I have ever gotten was because I kept in contact with them before and after an interview takes place. Persistance pays off, if you really want the job you've applied to. Good luck to you.
